Hence, numerous of time is spent attending the queries. Therefore, video-based guide via screencast is foreseen as an alternative to this problem. Prior to the video implementation, research to develop a standard video guide is required. This research use both the quantitative and qualitative methods The effectiveness of the video guide is measured after the implementation.
