總結:Excellent instructional leaders who are the change agent to transform student’s performance and achievement are a mandatory in order to achieve the aspiration in the fifth paradigm of The Malaysia Education Blueprint (PPPM) 2013- 2025 is to place highly credible school leaders at all government schools. Quality school leader is the second schoolbased factor after quality teachers, in producing students who are highly credible and top performers. Apart from excellent leadership among headmasters, teacher’s motivation is also one of the factors that contribute to the excellence of the instructional process in schools. Consequently, this purpose of study was to identify the level of instructional leadership to the teacher’s motivation of primary school teachers from the district of Johor Bahru. Quantitative methods survey questionnaires have been chosen as primary instrumentto collect the data and statistical analysis was done using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0. The finding of this study shows both the level ofinstructional leadership (mean=4.04 SD=0.74) and teacher‘s motivation (mean=4.13, SD=0.23) are very much related and highly correlated between the two. There are positive and significant correlations (r=0.714, p=0.000) between the two variables. These study also discuss a few suggestions regarding the issues and itsimplications. Further study is needed to further support and enhance this research.
