Summary:This research aimed to identify the relationship between work environment and motivation of achievement among teachers at Kota Tinggi district.Based on this study, there are three objectives that has been measured which are to find out the level of work environment, to identify the level of motivation of achievement among teachers and finally to identify the relationship between work environment and motivation of achievement among teachers at Kota Tinggi district.In this research, the questionnaires were distributed by using stratified random sampling method to the teachers. This study involved 92 teachers and there are 35 items were used to measure the objectives of this study. The collected data were analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) verse 22.0 software. The results from this study concluded that employees have a moderate impression toward their work environment and they also showed a high level of achievement motivation within themselves. Moreover, there is a significance and strong relationship (r=0.729) between work environment and motivation of achievement based on analysis from Pearson Correlation that had been done. Thus, this study had proved that the work environment can affect in improving motivation of achievement among teachers.
