This study involved 92 teachers and there are 35 items were used to measure the objectives of this study. The collected data were analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) verse 22.0 software. The results from this study concluded that employees have a moderate impression toward their work environment and they also showed a high level of achievement motivation within themselves. Moreover, there is a significance and strong relationship (r=0.729) between work environment and motivation of achievement based on analysis from Pearson Correlation that had been done.
