It is vital that all projects should have its own project management which is compatible with its necessities. The bigger and more complex a project is, the more it needs a formal, standardized and structured process compared to smaller scale projects. The Information Technology Project Management Monitoring System (PROMIS) is a system that can be used by those who are involved in project management whether at the management, constructor, executor and the owner of the project to ensure the project is on schedule. This web-based project management system can be accessed through the Internet network, allows everyone involved to be more convenient in being informed of the status of a project at every level. This system stresses on a more effective project management and the application is simple enough to attract project managers on executing a better project management. |
