The enhancement of the system developed using web based technology, with new environment and features of the system. The system processes data from Optical Mark Reader and online application. The courses offered, or changes in qualification criteria can be done by owner of the system. The intake process cycle can be repeated several times if the quota is not filled. The exact count of students who attend the registration process is vital for this purpose. This system is also able to access by colleges and MARA’s management. Waterfall model is chosen as the software development model and DOD2167A is chosen as the software standard. Software processes that were implemented include the requirement and specifications, design, testing and implementation.
