With the intention to protect resources and information from unlawful access, access control systems are built to provide protection. In spite of the recent advances in Web based access control approaches applicable to Web Services, there remain issues that obstruct the development of effective access control models for Web Services environment. In this project, a secured model for Web Services to provide an effective Access Control model through strong authentication and authorization has been developed.
