Summary:Today, many organizations have more attention and emphasized to job satisfaction. With the pace of change, the essential dimension o f organizational success rests with the job satisfaction of talented of people, and also aims to create a work environment in which people really what to perform in this era o f globalization. Hence, a research has been done in Public Bank Berhad, Johor Bahru in order to examine the relationship between personality and self-leadership with job satisfaction. In this study, has been distributed 87 peoples executives o f Public Bank Berhad, Johor Bahru are participated. Besides the data was analyzed using "Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS)" 12.0. Descriptive statistics, mean range and Pearson Correlation were used to answer the research questions. So, the research shown that the dominate personality among executives of Public Bank Berhad, Johor Bahru was agreeableness. Findings have shown that the level of self-leadership is at moderate level. On the other hand, the overall result from Pearson Correlation analysis showed a significant relationship between personality and self-leadership with job satisfaction which was moderate.
