Hence, a research has been done in Public Bank Berhad, Johor Bahru in order to examine the relationship between personality and self-leadership with job satisfaction. In this study, has been distributed 87 peoples executives o f Public Bank Berhad, Johor Bahru are participated. Besides the data was analyzed using "Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS)" 12.0. Descriptive statistics, mean range and Pearson Correlation were used to answer the research questions. So, the research shown that the dominate personality among executives of Public Bank Berhad, Johor Bahru was agreeableness. Findings have shown that the level of self-leadership is at moderate level.
