| Summary: | Boarding the official residence of the students studying in the school. Hence, all the equipment and infrastructure must be perfect in order to ensure the quality of their lives. To realize this goal the role played by the management of the hostel is also very important as well as participation by students. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student satisfaction on the management of the hostel in one of nine college dorm in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Skudai, Johor. The main objectives to be achieved by the researchers of this study was to determine students' level of satisfaction with an also the problems faced by students. A total of 280 questionnaires were distributed. The respondents were composed of hosts College 9. This research is both quantitative and data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0. |
