The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student satisfaction on the management of the hostel in one of nine college dorm in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Skudai, Johor. The main objectives to be achieved by the researchers of this study was to determine students' level of satisfaction with an also the problems faced by students. A total of 280 questionnaires were distributed. The respondents were composed of hosts College 9.
