| 总结: | The era of globalization demands a world leader in education and leadership style that can tackle any challenge in ensuring that the educational organization that led to reach the target. Thus, this study has focused on leadership styles and schools of middle managers in Town Zone, District of Segamat. This study used a questionnaire and the questions based on Bolman and Deal Model to test his leadership style and The Big Five Personality Test for nature of leadership. Data were processed and analyzed using Statiscal Package For The Social Science (SPSS) version 16.0 for Windows. Research shows that the leadership style of Human Resources Framework is the most dominant. While the leadership of the dominant features is the Ektroversion. This study also showed moderate correlation between leadership style and characteristics of secondary school middle managers in Town Zone, District of Segamat. Research shows that secondary school middle managers in Town Zone, District of Segamat group emphasizing work and strive to establish friendly relations among them during the administrative committee to manage the planned goals together. |
