Summary:The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between teacher’s ethic with examination’s social perspective. The respondents for this study were 145 teachers from Ulu Tiram who were randomly chosen as respondents through simple random sampling. The data gathered were processed and analyzed by using software SPSS / Window Version 11.5. The findings showed the ethic at moderate level with a mean score were of 3.130. Construction of item was at high level with mean score were 3.805. Adminstration of tests were at a low level and other’s such as test planning, scoring, interpretation of score and test reportage were at a moderate level. The findings also showed that examination’s social perspective were at a high level. Five from six constructs of examination’s social perspective measured were at high level namely personal, society, country, school and career. Only the perspective of colleague was at a moderate level. The mean value of examination’s social perspective was 3.991. Overall , the research showed a correlation value of Pearson, r = -0.238. There was a weak relationship between teacher’s ethic with examination’s social perspective while the value of p = 0.004 < 0.05. There was a significant relationship between ethic in classroom testing with examination’s social perspective of teachers.
