Summary:This study was carried out as a descriptive survey to determine the relationship between teachers’ ICT skills and knowledge management practice in primary schools in Skudai Zone. The questionnaire used for the study was created using a Module of ICT Skills Practice by UNESCO (2003) and the model of knowledge management by Jennex and Murray (2005). The Alpha Cronbach value for the pilot test conducted was measured at 0.967 for teachers’ ICT skills and 0.945 for knowledge management practice. 265 teachers from three national schools, two Chinese schools and one Tamil school were chosen randomly to answer the questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 program ICT skill. The outcome of the research indicates moderate teachers’ ICT skills and knowledge management practice in primary schools. This study also showed that there were significant differences of the teachers’ ICT skills and knowledge management practice according to the teachers’ demography factors. In the final analysis, the study showed that there was a moderate positive relationship existed between teachers’ ICT skills and knowledge management practice in schools. As a conclusion, the researcher suggested a few ICT skills and knowledge management guidance programs to be conducted in schools.
