Summary:This study aims to determine the knowledge of ethics and integrity of examination among secondary school students based on the demographic factor that is gender, school location and race. This study uses quantitative methods of data collection by questionnaire. Respondents were 337 Form Four students from 6 schools in the district of Johor Bahru. Data were analyzed to determine the frequency, percentage, ranking and means. One Way ANOVA was used to compare the level of ethical knowledge and level of integrity in examination based on gender, school location and student race. The findings from the questionnaires showed that the majority of students (mean =4.29) have a higher level of ethical and integrity in examination (mean = 3.86). The study also showed significant differences between genders, rural and urban students and race. The study also found significant relationship between ethic’s knowledge and integrity in examination among students (r=0.234)
