Data were analyzed to determine the frequency, percentage, ranking and means. One Way ANOVA was used to compare the level of ethical knowledge and level of integrity in examination based on gender, school location and student race. The findings from the questionnaires showed that the majority of students (mean =4.29) have a higher level of ethical and integrity in examination (mean = 3.86). The study also showed significant differences between genders, rural and urban students and race.
