Johor Bahru city is the fast developing and changing which attracts many users and tourists every day especially in the city center. The study established on the effective parameters of vitality in streets as a prerequisite to create a livable urban environment. The study discusses the essential components of vitality, its criteria, its determinants and finding the most effective parameters of street vitality in Johor Bahru city center.
