| 總結: | The purpose of this study aims to identify the work satisfaction level among Islamic Education leaders in Primary Schools in Johore. This study is earned out to identify whether there is a significant difference according to station, sex, age, service period and service period as the leaders. The responden of the study consists 250 leaders of Islamic Education from 250 schools with 25 primary school from every district in Johor. This study is carred out by using the quantitative approach. Then, the data of this study was analyzed by using software of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 17.0 for windows. The result study show there is no significant difference according for station, sex according to the service period as the leaders. The results also denote that there is a significant difference in terms of work satisfaction according to age and service period. |
