Summary:The aim of this research is todetermine whether the implementation of the In- Service Training (LDP) is able to meet the need of the school and teacher profession. The research also aims ti identify the effectiveness of different aspects of the LDP implementation. The research sample consists of 110 primary school teachers in the Gemencheh Zone. A survey was used as the instrument in conducting the research. The likert of the five was use to measure the item scores in the survey. The ALPHAtest result the value of the pilot test instrument is a = 0.845. The data collected was analysed using the SPSS 20.0 cumputer program. The descriptive statistical analysing was used to obtain the background of the respondent, along with the frequency, percentage, min value and the standard deviation, while the E-test and the ANOVA test was used to determine the achievement of the LDP objectives based on gender and occupation. The result recreated that the average of the min score was high. The result also showed that there was a significant relationship between the LDP objectives and the gender and the implementation aspects. These aspects include time, facilitators, presentation and observation. . Finally, there are some suggestions and further study was proposed.
