This study area is the second RTC established in Kelantan. This study was carried out to understand the concept of RTC, to identify problems before and after joining the RTC and to investigate the effect of the establishment of RTC. To achieve these objectives, qualitative approach through an interview with RTC participants and agencies has been employed.
