As a result, security and privacy of personal information became major concerns of the online users. Nonetheless, the customer attitudes towards online banking using strong authentication technique such as, the biometric technology, must be studied and not to forget customer security and privacy of information. This study presents the main security concerns and it aims to provide a clear picture of the need for strong authentication means in online banking using biometric technologies.
