Five objectives were established includes ,to identify the level of teachers' knowledge on 5S practices, to identify the level of 5S practices, to identify whether there are differences in the level of teachers' knowledge on 5S practices based on demographic factors, to identify whether there are vast differences in the level of 5S practices and identifying whether there is a significant relationship between knowledge and the level of 5S practices in the management of primary life skills workshops ( Kemahiran Hidup) for Semerah zone teachers, Batu Pahat, Johor. A total of 18 teachers in schools teachers including life skills workshop coordinator primary for Semerah zone has been selected to represent the samples. The questionnaires contained 29 items were evenly distributed to the respondents. The reliability of the study is a = 0.907. Data analysis is done by using the software Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) for Windows version 17.0 and presented in the form of descriptive statistics such as percentages, frequencies, mean T-Test, Oneway ANOVA and Correlations Pearson.
