The objectives of this study were to determine whether innovative leadership contributes positively on employee’s innovative behavior. The study also looks at the contribution of components of innovative leadership namely intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation and alignment people on employee’s innovative behavior. Analysis of mediator variables of organizational learning comprising two elements such as self-regulated learning and learning partnerships those act as intermediaries between innovative leadership and employee’s innovative behavior. The test relationships and learning intermediate analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression techniques to look at the relationships between each of the study variables. A preformatted questionnaire was used as an instrument of this study. The study was conducted in an electronic manufacturing company planted in Johor. Respondents were 270 employees in the departments of the factory. The study found that workers behave innovatively while working in environment when leaders adopted an innovative approach.
