The study involved 320 respondents consisting of primary school teachers in Kulaijaya, Johor. The method of data collection was by distributing questionnaires.Total frequency, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation are used to answer the research questions of the study. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 16.From the descriptive analysis, the study found that the levels of teacher burnout and teacher morale and job satisfaction are moderate, and the level of satisfaction with school discipline climate is high.
