This study was conducted to find out the Events of Stressor that often experienced by teachers, teachers' stress levels and level of Irrational Beliefs among Boarding School Teachers (SBP) based on the theory of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. In addition, this study also conducted to examine the relationship between KTR as mediator between the PT and TT among teachers in SBP, Johor. The study was conducted on 115 teachers from several districts SBP in Johor selected based on stratified random sampling method. Respondents were asked to respond the Questionnaire of Teacher’s Belief Systems (SSKG) and Questionnaire of Events of Stressor and Level of Stress (SPTG) to achieve the objectives of the study. Data were obtained and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The validity for the questionnaire of SSKG demonstrate the Cronbach alpha value, α= .72, while the questionnaire of SPTG constructed Events of Stressor demonstrate the Cronbach alpha value, α=.96, and α=.97 for Level of Stress. The results shows that the PT of Attitude Students are most dominant, while KTR and TT levels experienced by SBP's teachers as being at moderate. There is a significant relationship between PT, KTR and TT. However, the analysis shows that the PT are more influencing to TT based on Beta value, ß = .77 than KTR.
