Summary:This study has been conducted to identify the key challenges in implementing the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Frog among teachers in schools in Malaysia. Frog VLE is a web-based system that simulates the real world of education by integrating conventional education in a virtual environment. The Ministry of Education has introduced the Frog VLE since 2012, however its implementation has not been comprehensive enough. Therefore, the challenges in implementing the Frog VLE should be identified so that the authorities are able to make improvements to Frog VLE in order for it to be used optimally and provide benefits to all parties. The study was based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which has been adapted to study the issue among teachers who have used the Frog VLE throughout Malaysia. Descriptive survey method is used and questionnaires were distributed to respondents through online and offline. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). There are five variables tested which were ICT competencies, ICT infrastructure, the motivation from the administrator, the interface and navigation as well as learning content but multiple regression test showed that only ICT infrastructure and motivation from the administrators had positive relation towards the use of VLE Frog which defines that both factors are the main challenges in implementing VLE Frog
