Respondents consisted o f 37 participants who attended the program fo r the SHIELDS 2012 session. The research design is to use a mixture o f methods. The instrument used was a questionnaire and interview protocol. Date were analyzed descriptively using SPSS ( Statistic Package fo r the Social Sciences Version 20 ). While the interviews were analyzed manually involving coding and data interpretation. Reliability o f the questionnaire was tested through a pilot study using the Alpha Croanbach consistency,,where the reliability is 0849 (satisfaction ) and 0812 ( impact effectiveness). To determine the effectiveness in terms o f knowledge, skills and attitudes. The results showed that all four aspects o f this study showed a positive reaction in which participants were satisfied with the training that followed, gain knowledge and enhance skills, attitude changes and leave the drug benefits.
