Summary:This study was done to determine the level of knowledge and life skills workshop management practices among secondary school teachers Chanis Zone, Muadzam Shah of Pahang. Besides the purpose of this study is also to see the different levels of management knowledge and practice life skills workshops in life skills teachers by gender, and length of service options. Respondents consisted of 43 teachers from seven schools in the Zone Chanis, Muadzam Shah. Distributed questionnaires consists of three sections designed to obtain background information on the respondents, the level of knowledge management practices and life skills workshops. The pilot study results indicate the reliability of the questionnaire items was high with Cronbach Alpha index overall knowledge is to give the 0764 and the practice was is 0754. Data were analyzed using SPSS Version 18.0 for the mean, standard deviation, percentage, t-test and Pearson correlation. The results showed that the level of management knowledge and practice life skills workshops in secondary schools Chanis zone is at a high level. The study also found no significant differences in knowledge and life skills management practices among teachers based on gender, and length of service options. Further study showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and life skills workshops management practices among teachers of life skills.
