Summary:This study aimed to determine the students' perception of the effectiveness of lecturers teaching evaluation (e-PPP) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in improving the quality of teaching and learning. Respondents consisted of five graduate students from three different fields selected by purposive sampling. The qualitative research methods performed using oral interviews of respondents. The results showed that instructional planning, instructional delivery mode, the lecturer-student interaction and lecturer’s very soft skills affect student evaluation in an e-PPP. In fact, students were also asked to give suggestions for improvement of the e-PPP. The findings of the respondents showed a positive response that the e-PPP is able to improve the quality of teaching and learning. In fact, it must continue to make improvements. Besides cooperation and action from all parties to do in ensuring that e-PPP can show a valid lecturer teaching performance and reliability. Proposed action and further research are discussed in this study.
