Qualitative study was conducted using the method of oral interviews with four lecturers from three different focus areas selected using purposive sampling. Qualitative data were analyzed by using a theme. The results showed that instructional planning, instructional delivery mode, the interaction between students and lecturers with soft skills can affect student evaluation of lecturers use e-PPP. Results showed that all respondents show a very positive response to the e-PPP, stating that e-PPP can improve the quality of teaching and learning at the university lecturer. Respondents also expect the e-PPP continued and made improvements to enhance the quality of teaching and learning lecturer. Respondents in this study also makes recommendations for improvements to the e-PPP. In addition, cooperation and action from affected parties should have in ensuring e-PPP is capable of performing a valid and reliable teaching.
