Summary:This study aims to identify the students perceptions towards teachers‟ leadership behaviour and nature muwassaffat students Hidayah Islamic School, Johor Bahru. This study also examines the relationship between teachers leadership behaviour with the nature of the students muwassaffat. This descriptive survey study involving 175 students in form four and form five students. Respondents are asked to complete a questionnaire study that was designed by the researcher to answer this research question. The questionnaires were distributed to respondents consists of three parts in which the sectiona A need demographic information, section B are teachers‟ leadership behaviour while the section C is nature muwassaffat students. The pilot study was conducted on 20 students in SMIH showed Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient is 0.957. A total of 175 questionnaires were completed by respondents, returned to the researchers and analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 16.0. Descriptive findings discussed in terms of frequency, percentage and mean of the two independent variables, namely the teachers‟ leadership behaviour and the nature muwassaffat students. This mean score indicates the teachers‟ leadership behaviour and the nature muwassaffat students at the high level. The study also found a significant relationship (r = .293, p <.05) for both these variables. Relevant recommendations based on the findings presented
