總結:This study was conducted with a number of purposes, namely to explore the views of teachers in terms of the purpose, importance, benefits communication, means the occurrence of communication and how to improve the effectiveness of communication in teaching and learning mathematics. In addition, this study was undertaken to examine the implementation of communication in teaching and learning and assess student views on aspects of the communication process, the teacher and the application of information communication that takes place in teaching. A total of four samples of mathematics teachers and eight students participated in this study . The schools are secondary schools and a grade of A in Johor Bahru. The instruments involved are interviews with the teachers, listening to the teacher (observation ) and interviews with the students. All the data in this study are fully analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that all the teachers give to the purpose, importance, benefits communication, means the occurrence of communication and how to improve the effectiveness of communication in teaching and learning in general but not in detail. In addition, the study also found that communication takes place in the teaching and learning of mathematics teacher is more of a one-way and teachers are talking and the lack of active involvement of students . Further, the study also found that students understand and can follow the communication process undertaken by their teachers, thus helping to create meaningful learning . The findings have implications to certain parties , such as teachers , parents, school authorities and the ministry. Therefore, further research is proposed in this study.
