It is a field of combined activities of various disciplines within the range of construction and management environment along with the impacts towards workplace and humans. Theoretically, this field has multi functions and through this various functions, many definitions have been defined for this field. In terms of its involvement, it covers a wide and various professional background and products or services that is offered. This variety refers to the current situation of development and practice in western countries but in Malaysia, it is still seeking its distinctive identity through the varieties of practice. Hence, the implemented study objectives are; firstly is to identify the main players in Malaysia facility management domain. Secondly is to identify the products or services offered or required by the facilities management in Malaysia and third is to perform an overview on the current situation of the domain strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in Malaysia to determine its destination. A number of 27 questionnaires has been replied and analyzed. While analysis on the obtained data are performed using Statistical Frequency Analysis. Results indicates, that property management field is the dominates facilities management in Malaysia. This means that players from the field of real estate are the main players in Malaysia’s facility management. In terms of products and services offered, property management has a lot to offer while the demands for Malaysian market in this filed is Maintenance Operation.
