Summary:The purpose of this study is to identify teacher’s knowledge, attitude and problem towards the implementation of extra co curriculum activities in secondary school in Kota Tinggi, Johor. A sample of 15 secondary teachers from one neighbourhood school has been selected for pilot test while the actual survey was conducted in three secondary school in which 90 teachers were selected as a sample. A set of questionnaire was used as a quantitative survey instrument. Data collected was analyzed using SPSS version 16.0 which involved descriptive and inferential statistic such as t-test. This study was focused on the level of teacher’s knowledge, attitude, and problem towards the implementation of co curriculum activities. The study was also conducted to identify teacher’s demography such as gender, race and position in co curriculum unit in school. Furthermore the study was conducted to identify the differences in the level of teacher’s knowledge, attitude and problem towards the implementation of co curriculum activities through gender and race. The finding revealed that teacher’s knowledge and attitude were high and positive. The study also found that teacher’ problem was average.The study also revealed that there were no difference in teacher’s knowledge level towards the implementation of co curriculum activities in gender and race. On the other side, the study found that there were differences on teacher’ attitude level towards the implementation of co curriculum activities in gender and race. The study also shown that there were no differences on teacher’s problem towards the implementation of co curriculum activities in gender and race aspect. In line with research findings, several recommendations were put forwards as guides towards other research.
