Norulamin HT101-395 Sociology, Urban Urbanisation is a process of continuous development that would go beyond a certain area. Urbanization occurs will shape the development of the area in more detail and involves a more intensive use of land for the purpose of development designed to meet the current requirements. Unplanned development that exists in urban areas is the development of a vulnerability being realized by the citizens of the town, even at early stages of development is planned outside the Local Authority area. Weaknesses in the system of land administration and development control forming cluster development are difficult to change and ultimately affect the continuity of development and will eventually make more complicated. The study conducted is to understand and unlock the problem of unplanned development in urban areas that are experiencing rapid development. Review of existing settlements is done in order to understand the real situation that will lead to improvement measures that are appropriate and viable exercise. Responsibility of local authorities should be clarified to ensure the appropriate role can be done to drive the development of more economical, organized, safe and viable.
