This study intends to evaluate the practice of planning in terms of focus, objectives and phases adopted by developers in Malaysia. For this study, there are 40 questionnaires was distributed to 40 private developers which was registered with Selangor Housing and Property Board (LPHS). From 40 private developers, only 24 was return and had been processed to analyze the study. Overall, the planning practiced by some of the private developers are still has a imbalance in their implementation.
