Summary:Descriptive survey was conducted to examine the relationship between teachers' ICT skills and knowledge sharing culture in secondary schools in Malacca. This study uses a questionnaire adapted from previous researchers as appropriate study and research. The pilot study results indicate the value of Alpha for ICT skills is 0.915 and the value of Alpha for knowledge sharing culture is 0.921. A total of 145 randomly selected teachers systematically from five secondary schools in the Kawasan Tanjung, Malacca. The data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 application for the mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Correlation Spearmen. Results showed that ICT skills and knowledge sharing culture secondary school teachers is moderate. This study also showed no significant differences in the elements of ICT skills and also the gender dimensions of teacher knowledge sharing. Moderate positive relationship exists between ICT skills and knowledge sharing in schools. Finally, it was suggested that some kind of training related to ICT for fostering knowledge sharing culture in schools
