Summary:The aim of this research is to identify the implementation of professional development program and the relationship of teachers’ commitment at Johor Religious Government Secondary School. The samples of respondents chosen randomly are 50 employees from different position had been chosen in this research. This research used quantitative research method by applying the questionnaires as the instrument to collect the data. Data and information are gathered by using a set of questionnaires developed by Ulker (2009), Sailin (2007) and Celep (2000). The data collected was be analyzed using the statistical descriptive analyzing method and statistical inferential method; Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS version 17.0) software. The reliability and validity value of the instrument by using “Cronbach Alpha” internal consistency is 0.945. The result of this study indicated that the teachers are really need Professional Development Program with a high mean value of 4.3106. Meanwhile, the level of suitability of Professional Development Program, place, time and training method obtained was at a moderate level (mean 3.9929). Based on descriptive analysis using frequency and percentage showed that the respondents need programs such as Application ICT in P&P, Module Writing Program and so on. The researcher used Pearson Correlation analysis to determine the relationship between the implementation of Professional Development Program with teachers’ commitment. The research showed that there was a significant relationship between these variables which is a moderate relationship r=0.550. The t-test analysis was used to determine the difference of teachers’ commitment through demography factor (gender and teachers category). The research showed that there were significant differences between teachers commitment based on gender and teachers category
