This study focuses on the implementation of HRIS Sharif Group Limited a private organization in Pakistan. The purpose of this report is to explore the functionality and contribution of HRIS in HR planning, recruitment and training and development subsystems as perceived by HR senior executives in company. A meeting was carried out to identify the problem using structured interviews with Heads of HR of company. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from senior HR executives. The results of the questionnaires showed that Sharif Group Limited needs the HRMS which provide Sharif group’s human resource professionals with opportunities to enhance their contribution to the strategic direction of the firm. First by automating and devolving many routine human resource tasks to the line management, helps in recording and analyzing employees and organization information and documents. Secondly increase competitiveness by improving human resource operations. Thirdly ability to implement a number of different operators to human resource and include employees as an active part of the HRMS.
