Summary:The Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia (JUPEM) eKadaster system introduced in 2010 in Malaysia and at the same time enhancing Malaysia on the world stage. This system has been devoted to the implementation of the Concept of Coordinate Survey Accurate. Among one of the modules below eKadaster is creating Sistem Pangkalan Data Ukur Berdigit Kebangsaan or National Digital Cadastral Database (NDCDB). The aim of this study was to examine the effectiveness of the quality NDCDB data through the user's perspective. A total of 150 respondents from the Licensed Land Surveyor (LLS), JUPEM State surveyors, JUPEM Headquarters surveyors and distributed a questionnaire survey form. All data collected will be evaluated by using SPSS version 17.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 17.0). Data were analysed using statistical methods of percentage, mean, median and standard deviation to show the background and the other sections. The reliability of this questionnaire study using Kruskal Wallis earned this study did not find a significant relationship between the three categories of posts. This means that the effectiveness of this study have a approval that the effectiveness of data quality NDCDB are meeting consumer requirements. Although there are problems which can be overcome but these NDCDB data can still contribute to the users, organizations and the country.
