In this study, five factors had been studied which are self-efficacy, job satisfaction, performance outcome expectation, intrinsic rewards, and capabilities of ICT knowledge. The study population consisted of staff from professional group of 127 peoples. Survey forms were used as a method of data collection for this study. A total of 109 respondents answered the survey and completed the form. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Packages Social Science (SPSS) version 16. Cronbach Alpha, Pearson correlation and factor analysis were used to analyze the five factors of knowledge sharing. Analysis of Pearson correlation had found three factors that have a positive and significant relationship towards knowledge sharing (self-efficacy, performance outcome expectation and capabilities of ICT knowledge) while the other two factors had a positive but not significant relationship towards knowledge sharing (job satisfaction and intrinsic rewards).
