Summary:The Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia has introduced an application of e-biz JUPEM Geoportal in 2006. The main objective of establishment of e-biz JUPEM Geoportal application is to simplify the procedures of service delivery by the JUPEM in sales of JUPEM products through online transactions to the consumers. However, the services offered must meet user’s requirements since it is the main key factor that influenced the usage rate of an application. Thus, this research intends to study the user satisfaction level of e-biz JUPEM GeoPortal application as well as the problems encountered by users. The study was conducted on 40 respondents from Licensed Land Surveyor firm and company in the Klang Valley area through the distribution of questionnaires. The study found that the user satisfaction is only at good level. The main problem is the cadastral product purchased by the consumer has a specific time period stipulated for it to be use. Hence, the results of this study can be used as a basis for proposing measures that can be undertake by the responsible party to be used for improving the system in the future.
