| 總結: | Electronic trade is one of the efforts to sell and buy land in Malaysia. The usage of electronics trade or e-commerce needs the full support from the government and private sector because of the need for accurate and concrete land information. The research has been conduct, which tends to refer towards the efficiency and the acceptance of the usage of e-commerce. The objectives of these project is to build and apply an ecommerce system for the selling and buying of land. For the research that has been made, it depends a lot on the capability to access information and data that had been drawn by the usage of e-commerce's objectives as a guideline. Resulted from the analyzed, it showed that every party involved whether government or private noted that the usage of the e-commerce system is applicable to other departments. In the other hand, there are some problems in the usage of e-commerce which involves only technical problems. Besides that, the usage of e-commerce needs to fulfill the gap of information technology to help users in buying and selling land. |
