The objectives of these project is to build and apply an ecommerce system for the selling and buying of land. For the research that has been made, it depends a lot on the capability to access information and data that had been drawn by the usage of e-commerce's objectives as a guideline. Resulted from the analyzed, it showed that every party involved whether government or private noted that the usage of the e-commerce system is applicable to other departments. In the other hand, there are some problems in the usage of e-commerce which involves only technical problems.
