Summary: | Based on the budget remarks in 2016 YAB Johor Chief Minister at the Conference Board of Negeri Johor on November 19, 2016, which states that the Waqf features will be developed and managed in a professional manner to serve as a new tool for the Economy , Education and Welfare has become clear that it was up to the institutions involved to make the transition paradigm in realizing the desire of the government. YAB Menteri Besar statement that the instruments and institutions have been marginalized and are not optimally developed terbabit parties need to stand up and meet the challenge by showing to an impressive success. Rebranding Johor State Islamic Council by Organization Structuring in accordance with the functions and roles should be carried out to build corset capacity and mechanisms that enable it to operate effectively in an environment that includes a wide range of interested parties’ guarantees. The need to examine the positive side, so that the institution is not behind in taking the challenge to change the way work is left forced. How to measure the effectiveness of the government and the public provision should be amended to be consistent with the will of the time. Variable readiness for branding, knowledge of organizational functions and areas of duty, commitment, encouragement and attitudes towards rebranding work done by respondents that are involved or related to the operation of the organization identified studied. Research survey, 90.6% of respondents believe that the branding and restructuring will help the MAIJ staff to better understand the area/scope of the job and it will further explain the function and role of the organization. Furthermore, a proposed co-branding which deemed necessary was recommended and should be implemented towards cultivation of excellence in the organization. |
