This study discusses the performance of schools in protecting instructional time in primary school . The level of school performance in protecting instructional time is measured based on the four elements of the Action Plan MMI Ministry of Education 2013. The study was conducted using a quantitative descriptive statistics which involves 134 samples. The results obtained from a questionnaire administered by teachers in 11 schools in Muar , analyzed using Statistic Package For the Social Sciences ( SPSS ) . This study attempts to answer the questions about the implementation of the school, elements and major strategies in protecting instructional time .
