Six schools were selected based on school type and location of a total of 21 secondary schools in the district of Kota Tinggi. A total of 142 teachers representing over 30% of the total population of the six secondary schools in Kota Tinggi district participated in this study. The research instrument was adapted and refined from instruments of Total Learning Environment Assessement (TLEA) with values of Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient of 0.906.
