Summary:In recent years, too many construction projects developed rapidly until neglected to hand over completed construction site on time. This is due to the parties involved in the process handing over site does not have a clear knowledge about the procedure and documents required to deliver the construction site. Therefore, this research was conducted to achieve two (2) objectives related to proses hand over completed site from contractor to owner. Objective (1) is to identify a standard checklist document to be submitted during the hand over completed site and objective (2) are to develop a process of handing over completed site. Interviews and documentation analysis of expert opinion on the six (6) of case study was carried out to gather information and data to assist in achieving the objectives. It found that a set of guidelines relating to the procedures and documents required to be submitted during hand over completed site should be established as a reference to the parties involved in construction industry. By using the guidelines, it becomes clearer to the parties to follow and it will delivered on time. Finally, this study also provides some suggestions to increase the effectiveness of hand over process so that the delay on hand over completed site is not going to be severe
