This study was conducted using a qualitative approach. It involved a total of nine pupils who were in standard five as a main respondent and three teachers as a supporter respondent from three National-type School (Chinese) in Johor Bahru. Interviews were conducted first and later the theme were obtained by taking the verbatim points from the interviews. It was also supported by the analysis of data through observation during the data collection. This study used N’Vivo 11 for a further analysis and data were analyzed to develop themes, sub-themes, and sub-sub themes which appropriate for the study. At the end of the research, six models of practising Islamic education among the Muslim pupils in National-type School (Chinese) were completed. These six models were hoped to be a useful guidance for the Islamic education teachers in providing an early exposure on the practice of Islamic education among Muslim pupils in National-type School (Chinese) in Johor Bahru.
