This study uses Rahim organizational conflict inventory–II (ROCI-II) to determine the relationship between supervisors’ conflict management style and nurses’ job satisfaction. To measure job satisfaction, Spector’s (1997) job satisfaction survey (JJS) was used. There are nine indicators in JJS, namely, salary; promotion; supervision; additional profit; contingent reward; operating condition; co-worker; nature of work; communication. The population of this study is 181 nurses and midwife at KGH. Using a simple random sampling, 142 questionnaires were distributed. The findings indicated that the nurse’s job satisfaction is at a moderate level and, that the conflict management style mostly practiced by supervisors at KGH is dominating style. In addition, only two styles significantly influence the nurses’ job satisfaction, which are the obliging and compromising style.
